✧ Dartbrave Terms of Service (TOS)
1. General Terms
1. To ensure that you agree with my Terms of Service you must fill in a formulary which will be attached to your invoice at the time of payment.2. I reserve the right to decline* an order if I'm not comfortable for any reason.
*If payment has been made, you will be refunded in full.3. If your sketch has already been approved and paid or the commission has been completed, there is no chance of a refund.5. Final files are only sent by email.
2. Payment and Turnaround Time (TAT)
1. Paypal invoice. Currency is USD or EURO.2. Full payment is made after sketch approval.3. Turnaround time only starts counting after sketch payment.4. Each artwork has a specific TAT, check which style you are buying and check if it is within the expected time.
3. Character Design
(Concept art and Adoptables)
1. You retain all rights of the character and you can modify it as you prefer.2. Resells are authorized at a higher price as long as the character has extra art.3. At the end of the auction or buyer's claim I will contact the buyer to discuss payment and file delivery.4. If the buyer can't pay within 24 hours** I will put up the design for sale again.
** Does not apply to holds.5. Files are only sent after payment is received.
